Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with customer and prospective-customer technical contacts to provide support and architect solutions.
- Create compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
- Identify repeatable integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects.
- Ability to architect integrations between the company’s solutions and customers’ existing solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
- Interest in AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
