
FIX Onboarding and Connectivity Engineer

Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage onboarding and connectivity requests from trading desks.
- Onboard external clients and enable trading access to new products and exchanges.
- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure engineers, trading teams, clients, and external parties.
- Take onboarding and connectivity projects through to production.
- Navigate the Unix command line and develop code of varying complexity to deliver projects.
- Suggest improvements to team collaboration, best practices, project delivery, and interfaces with internal teams.
Requirements
- Interest in learning about exchange microstructure and trading systems.
- Proficiency with coding; software engineering experience building applications is highly valued.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to learn new, complicated, and continually changing systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with FIX and other order flow or electronic trading protocols is welcomed but not required.
