Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow applications, process workflows, and wireframes for an enterprise government program.
- Implement IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management modules and related business processes.
- Create tailorable dashboards and repeatable processes aligned with business requirements and user experience needs.
- Interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements.
- Collaborate with government project managers, business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and customers.
- Support software development and project life cycle activities.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience focused on ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Experience with multiple development methodologies and software development life cycle best practices.
- In-depth understanding of the software development and project life cycles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- U.S. citizenship and a current Top Secret clearance.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and pass a U.S. government security investigation.
