Responsibilities

Develop and support ServiceNow applications, process workflows, and wireframes for an enterprise government program.
Implement IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management modules and related business processes.
Create tailorable dashboards and repeatable processes aligned with business requirements and user experience needs.
Interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements.
Collaborate with government project managers, business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and customers.
Support software development and project life cycle activities.

At least 7 years of software development experience focused on ServiceNow.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
Experience with multiple development methodologies and software development life cycle best practices.
In-depth understanding of the software development and project life cycles.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
U.S. citizenship and a current Top Secret clearance.
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and pass a U.S. government security investigation.

Full-time position located at Joint Base Andrews.
Employment is subject to U.S. government security investigation and classified-information access eligibility.
