Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SaaS Management, and HAM Pro integrations.
- Implement software entitlement models, license metrics, normalization rules, reconciliation engines, and software asset lifecycle automations.
- Design, code, debug, test, document, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions using Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Service Portal widgets, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Scoped Applications.
- Optimize ServiceNow data models, CMDB relationships, and asset table schemas.
- Execute data imports, transform maps, scheduled jobs, and integrations with discovery data, vendor portals, and procurement systems.
- Build SAM dashboards, compliance reports, database views, and automated audit reports.
- Prepare technical designs, migrate update sets and scoped applications, support upgrades and patching, and lead unit testing and ATF validations.
- Explore and integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI agents.
- Collaborate with IT Asset Managers, Procurement, and ITIL process owners, and create technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge bases, and team training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and scripting experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and XML.
- Deep proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Strong expertise in ITAM, including SAM and HAM, and ITOM modules including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform governance.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in IT or a related field, Certified Application Developer certification, ITIL v4 Foundations Certification, and BMC Helix or BMC Remedy experience.

- The stated pay range is $107,900.00-$195,050.00 annually.
