Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro, including license management, entitlement creation, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
- Manage software inventory using CMDB, Discovery, and Software Normalization.
- Configure License Workbench, allocation and reclamation workflows, and Publisher Packs.
- Develop ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Support software audits and vendor compliance activities for publishers such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and Adobe.
- Configure integrations and support SaaS license tracking, reporting, and application stability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, including License Management, entitlements, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
- Practical experience configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Software Normalization, License Workbench, allocation, reclamation, and Publisher Packs.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with software audits and vendor compliance requirements.
- Exposure to HAM Pro, SaaS license tracking, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Flexera, Snow Software, or Aspera is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 19770, ITIL, ServiceNow CIS-SAM certification, Performance Analytics, and Agile/Scrum is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
