Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices and modern frameworks to build scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Document software design and development processes.
- Identify and resolve software issues and support system integration and performance optimization.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Understanding of system integration and performance optimization techniques.
