Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer projects from technical discovery through production deployment and success measurement.
- Build and deploy complex system integrations, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Interface with enterprise data lakes, identity management and access controls, PLM, and ERP systems.
- Set up CoLab integrations and organize incoming data for features such as AutoReview and Operator.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs, propose solutions, and guide adoption.
- Develop targeted customer solutions that remain useful to the broader customer base.
- Share customer requirements and learnings with the internal development team.
Requirements
- Based in Cincinnati and comfortable working on site with customers.
- Experience delivering complex technical solutions in projects with ambiguous requirements.
- Ability to write clean, production-grade code across a variety of languages.
- Comfort working in unfamiliar technical and organizational environments.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as data lakes, identity providers, PLM, and ERP systems.
- Ability to break down ambiguity, sequence work, adjust scope, and maintain momentum.
- Confidence leading deeply technical conversations with customer engineering and IT teams.
- Outcome-oriented approach and ability to adapt when project conditions change.
- Preferred: experience embedding in customer environments during enterprise SaaS deployments.
- Preferred: experience building or integrating AI-powered features.
- Preferred: familiarity with manufacturing or engineering data, processes, or systems.
- Preferred: experience with API-first products or developer platforms.
