Base Salary

$69k - $115k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Perform API testing with Postman or REST Assured.
  • Assist with performance and load testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Apply AI-driven testing methodologies and AI solutions in quality assurance environments.
  • Document and manage test cases, executions, and results using Jira or TestRail.
  • Analyze test outcomes, report defects, participate in root cause analysis, and contribute to testing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, including internships.
  • Understanding of test automation frameworks, API testing, and basic performance testing.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience implementing AI/ML concepts in quality engineering.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and basic DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred: exposure to healthcare, supply chain, or logistics domains and experience with Docker or Kubernetes.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $69,000-$115,000 per year.
  • Additional compensation may include an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
