Responsibilities

Implement and operate supported ServiceNow solutions within the DevOps product team.
Develop high-quality, sustainable solutions across the full product lifecycle while minimizing technical debt.
Design and develop ServiceNow SPM/ITBM solutions for Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and continuously improve SPM processes, governance, and data models.
Integrate ServiceNow SPM with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and PowerShell.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, perform root cause analysis, and maintain product and solution security.
Collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams and integrate connected products and systems.
Use, evaluate, and promote AI technologies, including Now Assist, to improve automation, efficiency, and developer productivity.

Completed degree in computer science.
At least 5 years of professional experience with proven success as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules covering Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management.
Strong JavaScript knowledge, including object-oriented programming, class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
In-depth troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis experience.
Experience designing and implementing REST, SOAP, and PowerShell integrations.
Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems.
Experience working in agile and hybrid project structures with strong teamwork and goal orientation.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application, including ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities.
Full-stack development experience is helpful but not required.
ITIL Foundation-level knowledge and project management certification are advantageous.
