Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant software solutions across major system components.
- Own feature development from requirements and implementation through testing, production deployment, and operational support.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers to deliver appropriate business outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and coach teammates on clean, maintainable code.
- Identify root causes of operational issues and drive permanent technical and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
