Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and operate core backend services for context management.
- Define and build a scalable architecture for a multi-tenant service.
- Develop APIs and service interfaces for AI agents and internal applications.
- Collaborate with teams to balance experimentation and long-term reliability.
- Instrument services with metrics and observability tools for system improvement.
- Contribute to the technical direction and engineering practices of the project.
- Communicate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Take ownership of AI solutions ensuring they are scalable and user-aligned.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks.
- Comfortable with quick iteration and experimentation.
- Proven initiative in driving projects forward amidst ambiguity.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
- Track record of delivering software that is actively used in production.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools for system behavior analysis.
