Base Salary
$188k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, configuration, enhancement, and support of NetSuite Core Financials and Tax systems.
- Drive automation and optimization across Core Financials processes including General Ledger, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.
- Design and support tax solutions including Sales & Use Tax and global tax compliance processes.
- Implement and maintain integrations between NetSuite and tax-related enterprise applications.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and support NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
- Lead end-to-end ERP projects including requirements gathering and solution design.
- Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and financial controls across systems.
- Drive system standardization and best practices for enterprise financial operations.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for NetSuite Financials and Tax systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems and ERP platforms.
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience focused on Core Financials and Tax.
- Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial controls.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and global multi-entity accounting operations.
- Experience supporting tax compliance processes including Sales & Use Tax and VAT/GST.
- Experience implementing and integrating tax engines such as Avalara or Vertex with NetSuite.
- Strong technical expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk APIs.
- Experience designing and supporting ERP integrations using middleware and iPaaS platforms.
- Experience operating in SOX-controlled environments and supporting audit processes.
