Responsibilities
- Own and govern the technical architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations across programs.
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Data 360 solutions covering data ingestion, unification, modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Define scalable ingestion strategies using batch, streaming, APIs, and Zero Copy.
- Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows, and external systems.
- Lead and guide teams responsible for Data Cloud development, configuration, deployment, and release governance.
- Conduct technical and architectural design reviews and ensure adherence to Data Cloud standards and best practices.
- Provide architectural oversight across multiple teams and initiatives and facilitate technical workshops.
- Define reusable Data Cloud frameworks, patterns, and best practices.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, compliance, and data governance requirements are met.
- Mentor teams and evaluate new Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities and roadmap enhancements for enterprise adoption.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required, including 10–12+ years of Salesforce experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360 implementation projects is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) in enterprise implementations.
- Deep experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Zero Copy, Semantic Layer, and Document AI.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud with Data Cloud integration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, Data Cloud constraints, scalable architecture, data governance, and enterprise delivery.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights, plus experience with APIs, JSON, event data, and integration pipelines.
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, permissions, cloud data platforms, and event-based customer engagement tracking.
- Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce release governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, and team guidance skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator.
- Preferred certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Platform Data Architect, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Experience handling multiple teams and workstreams, enterprise customers, and Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies.
