  • Own flagship ML products such as probabilistic identity resolution, single-title affinity, lookalike modeling, and forecasting.
  • Drive architectural decisions involving feature stores, training and serving patterns, evaluation frameworks, scalability, latency, reliability, and cost.
  • Design feature and inference pipelines on Databricks integrated with Snowflake and activation systems including Mosaic, FreeWheel, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Develop and optimize gradient boosting, embedding, two-tower retrieval, neural ranking, probability calibration, and probabilistic or graph-based matching models.
  • Design offline and online experiments and apply causal-inference techniques such as propensity scoring, uplift modeling, and incrementality modeling.
  • Champion MLOps practices including model versioning, champion/challenger promotion, automated retraining, drift detection, monitoring, and reproducible pipelines.
  • Shape feature-store strategy and implement data-quality checks, model-health dashboards, alerting thresholds, and FinOps cost controls.
