Base Salary
$131k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide operations, administration, and maintenance for customer ServiceNow platforms hosted on AWS.
- Develop, design, deploy, operate, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modifications, upgrades, and external-system interfaces.
- Automate data collection, integrate corporate data systems, and produce reports and dashboards for decision-making and analysis.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, approval processes, dashboards, reports, sign-on methods, and authorized application plugins.
- Coordinate ServiceNow instance upgrades and evaluate deployments for improvements or issues.
- Develop system integrations and process automation using ServiceNow and related technologies.
- Deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux servers.
- Participate in requirements meetings and Technical Exchange Meetings to elicit, translate, and communicate stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates using Agile software development methods.
- Support application rollouts, enhancements, IT service management tools, application operations and maintenance, and business process mapping.
Requirements
- Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
- Must have a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of related experience, a master's degree and at least 10 years of related experience, or at least 16 years of related experience.
- Experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience developing and designing ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
- Experience developing and designing MySQL databases for ServiceNow integration.
- Experience developing, deploying, operating, and maintaining applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with system integration, process automation, ServiceNow upgrades, reports, dashboards, workflows, forms, approval processes, LDAP or PKI-based sign-on, and authorized plugins.
- Experience deploying applications on Linux servers.
- Experience delivering products through Agile software development methods.
- Experience eliciting business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, and communicating them to stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes rolling out applications and enhancements, configuring enterprise IT service management tools, providing software application O&M support, and performing business process mapping.
