Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex performance issues and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate reports for decision-making.
- Help develop and refine performance testing strategies aligned with project goals.
- Support capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, and guide junior team members on performance engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and system architecture principles.
- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze application performance data and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and resource management techniques.
- Skilled in problem detection and resolution in complex software environments.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
