Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex performance issues across software architecture, testing, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate detailed reports for decision-making.
- Help develop and refine performance testing strategies aligned with project goals.
- Support end-to-end application development, validation testing, compliance consulting, service delivery, and support engagements.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and guide junior team members on performance engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- 3–5 years of experience with Laboratory Information and Execution Systems is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems is required.
- Ability to contribute to team discussions, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
