Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, cases, data, and traceability.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and UAT testing.
- Validate Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, integrations, and offline scenarios.
- Record test evidence, identify and report defects, perform retesting, and support root-cause analysis.
- Maintain GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate with business, development, validation, and support teams to resolve issues.
- Report testing progress, risks, blockers, and results to the Test Lead.
- Support junior testers, peer reviews, automation, regression optimization, and reusable test assets.
- Own test execution and deliver strong coverage, traceability, defect quality, and release readiness.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software testing or quality engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or life sciences environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; 15 years of full-time education is also specified.
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM functionality including accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and mobile/offline functionality.
- Experience with test analysis, test design, execution, defect management, traceability, data validation, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Ability to write clear test cases, query data, validate interfaces, analyze defects, and produce audit-ready evidence.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Zephyr, or equivalent tools.
- Exposure to Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca, or similar automation tools.
- Understanding of GxP, CSV, ALCOA+, data integrity, and validation controls.
- Preferred exposure to Veeva Commercial Cloud, CLM, Approved Email, Align, MyInsights, iOS offline testing, API testing, database testing, automation, performance, accessibility, and security testing.
- ISTQB, Salesforce, or Agile certification is a secondary or preferred qualification.
