Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end performance testing and performance engineering activities.
- Design realistic workload models, complex scenarios, performance test scripts, test plans, and monitoring profiles.
- Execute tests, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance tuning actions.
- Configure performance metrics and dashboards using monitoring tools.
- Compare test results against defined SLAs and publish performance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with business, development, architecture, infrastructure, QA, and stakeholder teams.
- Manage team performance, make team decisions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and monitor project progress.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner is required.
- Proficiency with OpenText/Micro Focus LoadRunner, LRE, and JMeter.
- Experience with Web/HTTP/HTML, Web Services, TruClient, Citrix, SAP-GUI, Kafka, and MQ protocols.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, JVM concepts, SQL queries, performance testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools, performance test analysis, application architecture, and design principles.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with MAWM / Manhattan Warehouse Management is preferred.
