Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Add functionality to front-end applications by invoking microservices and incorporating digital capabilities such as mobile payments and telematics.
- Design and develop microservices and integration patterns, including orchestrations, messaging, event generation, and data streaming.
- Create efficient, reliable, scalable, and high-performance code using relevant engineering practices and tools.
- Collaborate with functional requirements, user experience, and microservices teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
- Support client technology modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Guide and motivate colleagues while managing shifting workloads and client responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant discipline.
- Good understanding of and hands-on experience building applications or platforms.
- Experience delivering digital projects and products using an appropriate agile project management methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize shifting workloads, and guide or motivate others.
- A proven track record in a consulting environment is advantageous.
- Strong people management skills and a demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic organization.
