Responsibilities
- Build and maintain iOS and Android app features using Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Create modular, reusable, and maintainable mobile components and shared business logic.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services, authentication, analytics, notifications, and remote configuration.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture, engineering standards, documentation, and reusable technical patterns.
- Improve application performance, accessibility, reliability, maintainability, testability, and engineering efficiency.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, snapshot, and UI tests.
- Investigate crashes, performance issues, memory problems, and production defects.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, demos, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building native mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of either Swift and SwiftUI for iOS or Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android.
- Experience with structured concurrency, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience with MVVM, unidirectional data flow, or modular mobile architecture.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, analytics, notifications, and remote services.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD.
- Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, GitHub workflows, and GitHub Issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues.
- Comfort working with Figma to interpret designs and deliver accurate user interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
