Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Customize and configure SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting issues.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and make decisions for the team.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and business decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and ERP integration is required.
- Experience customizing and configuring SAP FI modules is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting issues is required.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on efficient and maintainable solutions are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
