Responsibilities
- Design and build internal AI productivity tools such as coding assistants, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation
- Develop LLM-powered applications for code generation, code understanding, and test automation
- Integrate AI capabilities across the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment
- Work with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver AI-driven solutions
- Experiment with and implement prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and adopt those that provide meaningful value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Working understanding of large language models and their practical applications
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot and interest in improving their use
- Familiarity with backend or web development fundamentals
- Comfort working with APIs and integrating systems
- Bonus: hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or AI agents
- Bonus: experience building AI tools, developer tools, or internal platforms
- Bonus: exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or engineering automation
- Bonus: experience with knowledge systems, search systems, or documentation platforms
- Bonus: open-source contributions or an active GitHub portfolio
