Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on performance testing and tuning while building foundational performance engineering skills.
- Design and implement intelligent performance testing strategies using LLMs, ML models, and AI agents.
- Build AI-driven tools to detect anomalies, identify bottlenecks, and generate actionable insights from performance data.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies for performance engineering applications.
- Contribute work that improves system reliability and performance for millions of users.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning concepts.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, or Go.
- Curiosity and passion for exploring new AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with the Java/Spring Boot ecosystem is preferred.
- Basic understanding of performance testing concepts such as load testing, profiling, and metrics is preferred.
