Responsibilities
- Support the design, prototyping, and testing of AI and machine learning use cases for operations.
- Prepare and validate data from CRM, ERP, MES, supply chain, quality, and production systems.
- Assist in developing generative AI applications including knowledge assistants, document copilots, and search-based support tools.
- Contribute to agentic automation workflows for information retrieval, alert triage, and task orchestration.
- Support model evaluation, monitoring, and troubleshooting during pilot and deployment stages.
- Document requirements, assumptions, technical logic, and test results.
- Collaborate with data, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in AI, analytics, data science, or software development.
- Foundational knowledge of Python, SQL, and machine learning concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to cloud AI platforms, LLM applications, or data engineering concepts is preferred.
- Experience through internships, academic projects, or early-career work in AI/ML is preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain environments is preferred.
