Responsibilities
- Apply AI, ML, and LLM-based tools to operational and reliability challenges.
- Prototype and validate AI-driven operational improvements using measurable metrics.
- Operationalize successful AI use cases into reliable, scalable, and maintainable production capabilities.
- Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and events to identify anomalies and automation opportunities.
- Support the end-to-end experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance lifecycle of AIOps, MLOps, and LLMOps solutions.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts, workflows, or lightweight services.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and operations teams to turn validated ideas into stable capabilities.
- Document solutions, trade-offs, and lessons learned for reuse.
- Evaluate emerging AI and open-source tools for practical operational use.
- Embed monitoring, governance, and responsible-AI practices in operational environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required at minimum, with a master’s degree also accepted.
- 1–2 years of experience with Python, SQL, Apache Spark or similar languages, data wrangling, analysis and visualization, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, pytest, and MLOps or GenAI operations tools.
- Internships, graduate projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or relevant work experience in software development, automation, or AI/ML/GenAI projects are accepted.
- Familiarity with object-oriented or functional design, reproducibility, testing, logs, metrics, monitoring, and observability concepts.
- Familiarity with ML/GenAI tooling such as LLMs, RAG, LlamaGuard, Presidio, MLflow, and LangFuse.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry monitoring and observability stacks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud ML services such as Databricks and Azure ML.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate, work proactively, and focus pragmatically on operational impact.
- Familiarity with AI and data development processes in a telecommunications environment.
