Responsibilities
- Develop software in OCaml and participate in a support rotation for critical trading systems.
- Resolve live, urgent production issues in real time.
- Design and own the architecture of systems that monitor and support the firm’s trading.
- Design and develop internal tools used to monitor and support software systems.
- Collaborate with application developers and teams across the firm.
Requirements
- Strong programming ability and the ability to write and read code well.
- Intellectual curiosity, motivation, collaboration, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to remain clear and calm during production incidents.
- Fluency in English.
- A background in functional programming or finance is not required.
