Responsibilities
- Develop software using OCaml while participating in a support rotation.
- Resolve live issues in critical systems to ensure smooth trading operations.
- Collaborate with various development and business teams across the firm.
- Take ownership of the architecture and design of monitoring systems.
- Design and develop tools to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills with the ability to write and read code well.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about different systems.
- Excellent communication skills, especially during production incidents.
- Fluency in English.
