Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on technical implementation and deliver functional solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce projects.
- Provide solution architecture expertise for configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex Salesforce environments.
- Develop Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, flows, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, and community templates.
- Build solutions using Salesforce APIs and third-party APIs, including migration and integration projects.
- Lead technical work, perform unit testing and defect fixes, gather requirements, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Detailed experience with Salesforce architecture, APIs, Visualforce, Apex classes, and Apex triggers.
- Demonstrated success with multiple Salesforce migration and integration projects.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
- Salesforce Developer certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and data presentation skills.
