Responsibilities
- Support UNIX and RDBMS operations.
- Use DevOps tools such as Git, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
- Work with Murex configuration management tools and migration or conversion utilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across APAC.
- Provide client-focused, delivery-oriented support while adapting to evolving priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT or engineering.
- Native or fluent Mandarin and fluent or highly proficient English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with UNIX operations and RDBMS operations.
- Exposure to Git, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
- Preferred knowledge of Python scripting, cloud computing environments, server and infrastructure specifications, and XML manipulation.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and independent-work skills.
