Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write high-performance, production-grade C++ software for real-time 3D perception and calibration.
- Architect multi-camera calibration and nonlinear spatial optimization pipelines.
- Conduct code and design reviews for engineers across tracking and calibration teams.
- Collaborate with hardware and systems teams to calibrate multi-camera arrays and address optical variations.
- Define interface boundaries between learned and geometric reconstruction modules with machine learning research and hardware teams.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Robotics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience using modern C++, multithreading, and systems optimization.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and architecture for 3D tracking, camera calibration, or multi-view geometry.
- 5 years of experience with geometric computer vision, video generation, or signal processing.
- 5 years of experience with software design and architecture and testing or launching software products.
- Preferred: PhD in Computer Vision, Robotics, 3D Graphics, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 5 years of technical leadership experience deploying computer vision algorithms on custom hardware or cameras.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in complex, matrixed organizations involving cross-functional research and engineering teams.
- Preferred: Experience with hybrid geometric-learning approaches such as NeRFs and 3D Gaussian Splatting and a publication record in computer vision conferences.
