Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the functional operation of AEM-based digital platforms across support, system engineering, frontend, backend, and authoring activities.
- Coordinate incident management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and sustainable fixes for AEM applications.
- Optimize AEM components, templates, frontend and backend configurations, and platform performance.
- Oversee AEM environment setup, access control, deployment routines, authoring workflows, permissions, and authoring-interface customizations.
- Monitor application health and performance metrics, identify trends, forecast capacity, and address reliability risks.
- Document functional designs, configuration standards, and operational playbooks.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and integration teams to maintain connectivity and data flows between AEM and upstream or downstream systems.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data-integrity expectations are met across AEM implementations.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of work experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Experience supporting platform stability, reliability, automation, production operations, observability, incident management, and cross-functional delivery is relevant to the role.
