Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications and systems using AI tools, cloud AI services, and production-ready pipelines.
- Design, build, maintain, operationalize, and deploy LLM pipelines for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production use.
- Implement observability for LLM applications, including latency, throughput, prompt performance, hallucinations, and drift.
- Manage prompt versioning, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
- Automate model validation, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure security, compliance, data governance, bias detection, and ethical use of LLMs.
- Improve processes, collaborate across teams, provide solutions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and monitor project progress.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Advanced Python skills and strong engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations and LLM infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and multi-cloud environments.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and implementing or optimizing models for production.
- Understanding of LLM serving frameworks, infrastructure, tooling, and production deployment practices.
