Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines and deploy models using an ML Ops framework.
- Develop computer vision solutions involving image preprocessing, image matching, object detection, image similarity, and image classification.
- Perform feature engineering, feature selection, dimensionality reduction, hyperparameter tuning, statistical modeling, and ensemble modeling.
- Monitor model performance and support CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT teams to design and develop ML/AI solutions.
- Manage multiple domain engagements and deliver allocated projects on schedule, with high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow Agile standards and methodologies throughout project phases.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Hands-on Python experience and knowledge of Scikit-Learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, and XGBoost.
- Knowledge of computer vision techniques and models including SIFT, SURF, ORB, Faster R-CNN, YOLO, SSD, and Siamese networks.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, popular machine learning models, feature engineering, feature selection, PCA, hyperparameter tuning, bagging, boosting, and stacking.
- Knowledge of multiple cloud platforms among AWS, GCP, and Azure, including their machine learning services.
- Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines, deploying models with an ML Ops framework, and monitoring model performance.
- Ability to multitask across engagements, learn new technologies quickly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and IT teams.
- Strong attention to data quality, communication skills, self-direction, and enthusiasm for research and development.
