Base Salary
$111k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance high-quality software modules in the Cotiviti product suite.
- Analyze and resolve software issues originating from internal or external customers.
- Document application specifications, design, features, and operation before production rollout.
- Implement enhancements to improve application performance and availability.
- Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership.
- Follow technology standards and execute the appropriate facets of the software development lifecycle.
- Explore and implement ideas that improve processes, systems, efficiency, and results.
- Mentor other developers and complete assigned projects and performance-plan responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 4–5 years of industry experience.
- At least 2 years of healthcare data experience.
- Proficiency working with large datasets.
- 4–5 years of experience with relational databases and ETL processes.
- Experience optimizing and tuning SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented analysis and design.
- 4–5 years of experience with Java frameworks or the .NET Framework.
- Knowledge of one or more enterprise scheduling tools.
- Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, quantitative, data interpretation, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
