Base Salary
$111k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance software modules within the Cotiviti product suite.
- Analyze and resolve software issues originating from internal or external customers.
- Document application specifications, designs, features, and operations before production rollout.
- Implement enhancements that improve system performance and availability.
- Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership.
- Apply technology standards and participate in the software development lifecycle.
- Explore improvements to existing processes and systems and adopt relevant new technologies.
- Mentor other developers and complete assigned projects and performance-plan responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 4–5 years of industry experience.
- At least 2 years of healthcare data experience.
- Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, ETL processes, SQL and Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- 4–5 years of experience with Java frameworks or the .NET Framework.
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented analysis and design.
- Knowledge of one or more enterprise scheduling tools.
- Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, quantitative, data interpretation, attention-to-detail, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
