Responsibilities

Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in phases.
Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
Create and monitor metrics to support system operations and availability.
Engage in team growth activities, including participation in the interview process.

1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Proficient in backend system design and development, specifically in Python or Kotlin.
Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
Strong debugging skills and experience with code reviews.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
