Base Salary
$152k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-first development platforms with unified interfaces.
- Embed AI-driven intelligence into CI/CD pipelines and observability stacks.
- Evolve AI-assisted FinOps workflows for cost management and optimization.
- Implement AI-driven governance to maintain architectural standards.
- Develop internal tools that address operational challenges for product teams.
- Integrate natural language interfaces into the internal developer portal.
- Transform telemetry data into actionable insights using AI-driven visualization.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate AI architectural trade-offs.
- Mentor engineers on advanced AI tooling and agentic systems.
- Drive community engagement and adoption of emerging AI tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, preferably with AWS.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, and CI/CD patterns.
- Expert-level experience applying AI techniques in operational workflows.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AWS SDKs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience building Internal Developer Portals with user-centric design.
