Base Salary
$175k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of custom integrations for strategic customers.
- Architect and build workflows and tooling tailored to enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with customers directly to scope problems and ship solutions.
- Develop performant agentic systems that operate over large corpora of unstructured data.
- Work across the stack: backend services, frontend applications, and infrastructure.
- Feed product insights back to the core team based on field experiences.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and computer science knowledge.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with Next.js experience preferred.
- Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching across multiple customer engagements.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated grit and previous startup or high-intensity experience valued.
