Base Salary
$175k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of custom integrations for strategic customers.
- Architect and build workflows and tooling tailored to enterprise needs.
- Collaborate directly with customer technical teams and executives to scope problems and ship solutions.
- Develop performant agentic systems operating over large corpora of unstructured data.
- Work across backend services, frontend applications, and infrastructure.
- Provide product insights to the core team based on field experience.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and computer science knowledge.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Next.js experience is preferred.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and context-switch across multiple customer engagements.
- Excellent communication skills, including translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated grit; previous startup or high-intensity experience is valued.
