Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance of highly scalable distributed software systems.
- Identify and improve team processes and best practices, influence technical direction, drive operational excellence, and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver product features.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers while demonstrating strong development practices and providing constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal communication.
Requirements
- At least three years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least two years of non-internship experience with software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Preferred: at least five years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- Preferred: experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.
