Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Migrate the existing prototype estate to a resilient cloud platform without disrupting daily workflows.
- Re-architect Hive Mind for high availability, disaster recovery, and observability.
- Build the agentic runtime and harness for task orchestration and evaluation.
- Implement responsible AI governance controls and data infrastructure with provenance.
- Engineer data protection measures including encryption and access management.
- Establish a continuous-monitoring data foundation for real-time analytics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building and operating resilient backend or platform systems.
- Proven experience in brownfield migrations to production-grade systems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in Python, SQL, and an additional systems language.
- Experience in agentic runtime engineering and responsible AI controls.
- Expertise in data engineering with a focus on provenance and security.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and resilience engineering practices.
