Base Salary
$196k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build stable and intuitive Android experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs.
- Lead product features through ideation, technical design, implementation, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Promote engineering practices that support code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and raise team standards and collaboration.
- Develop onboarding, funding, account setup, wallet, trading, and translations capabilities for new regions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience developing Android applications.
- Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java and strong knowledge of the Android SDK and MVVM architecture patterns.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow or RxJava, Retrofit, and Room.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a product-focused mindset.
- Ability to mentor peers, lead complex projects, and influence architecture decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
