Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, clarify requirements, and translate workflows into intuitive native application experiences.
- Design, develop, and maintain production iOS and iPadOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Define client architecture covering navigation, state management, modularization, networking, caching, and local persistence.
- Design, develop, test, and integrate selected backend services and APIs using Python, Java/Spring Boot, or Node.js.
- Build resilient client-server workflows with authentication, synchronization, offline behavior, and failure recovery.
- Optimize responsiveness, launch time, memory usage, and network efficiency, and diagnose issues across applications and services.
- Deliver secure, privacy-conscious, accessible, and localized experiences across supported devices and operating-system versions.
- Develop automated unit, UI, integration, and API tests and contribute to code reviews and continuous-integration workflows.
- Own release readiness and production support using crash reporting, structured logging, and performance instrumentation.
- Evaluate platform capabilities and development tools, build proofs of concept, and bring validated ideas into production.

- Strong proficiency in Swift and hands-on experience delivering production applications with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
- Strong skills in application architecture, implementation, testing, debugging, performance optimization, release, and maintenance.
- Experience designing modular, testable native applications with clear separation of UI, business logic, and data access.
- Understanding of Swift Concurrency, asynchronous programming, thread safety, memory management, and application lifecycle behavior.
- Experience with client networking, API integration, local persistence, caching, data synchronization, and unreliable-network error handling.
- Hands-on experience with at least one server-side language and framework, including Python, Java/Spring Boot, or Node.js.
- Experience with automated testing, Git-based collaboration, continuous integration, secure authentication, authorization, and sensitive-data handling.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, independently drive projects, and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes end-to-end native application and backend feature delivery, domain modeling, relational databases, caching, cloud infrastructure, containerized deployments, production monitoring, application signing and distribution, accessibility, localization, web technologies, and AI-powered application integration.
