Responsibilities
- Analyze building automation requirements and design the architecture of upper-level monitoring and management software.
- Develop cross-platform Windows and macOS desktop applications using Electron and front-end technologies such as React and Vue.
- Design and implement microservice backend modules for device management, data storage, alarm processing, and system control.
- Develop or integrate BACnet protocol stacks and connect building equipment using protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, and MQTT.
- Integrate and debug software with onsite controllers and sensors while ensuring stable, real-time data transmission.
- Create test cases, optimize performance, and resolve compatibility, scalability, security, and real-time system issues.
- Write technical documentation and provide technical support to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with application engineers and product managers to implement intelligent building solutions and support onsite debugging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Building Automation Control, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of software development experience in building management systems or industrial automation.
- Professional background and industry knowledge in cybersecurity, plus familiarity with BMS architecture such as distributed monitoring and data center management.
- Deep understanding of BACnet and experience with protocol development or integration.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, serial communication, and industrial protocols such as Modbus and MQTT.
- Proficiency with Electron and cross-platform desktop application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with React or Vue.
- Familiarity with microservice architecture and proficiency with Spring Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Java, or Python and familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or time-series databases.
- Strong problem-solving, logical analysis, teamwork, communication, and independent troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with OPC UA, Matter, ECharts, D3.js, energy management systems, industrial visualization, open-source projects, or technical blogging.
