Base Salary
$115k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic customers to understand onboarding, KYB, and compliance workflows.
- Translate customer needs into custom integrations, API endpoints, workflow changes, and technical solutions.
- Design, deploy, and own customer-specific configurations, third-party integrations, and data pipelines through production.
- Debug production issues and troubleshoot complex integrations across more than 80 compliance and identity providers.
- Bring customer insights to the product team and help identify platform features and roadmap opportunities.
- Create reusable patterns, internal tooling, documentation, and runbooks to accelerate future deployments.
Requirements
- Have 3 or more years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Be proficient in at least one of Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Have strong backend fundamentals and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Be comfortable working directly with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Be fluent in Spanish, including reading and writing, and be able to support Spanish-speaking customers.
- Have hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus familiarity with Docker and modern deployment practices.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in fintech, regtech, payments, fraud or risk detection, compliance workflows, third-party API integrations, React, TypeScript, ML/AI systems, or data-intensive applications.
