Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs.
- Write code that follows coding standards and participate in code reviews.
- Explore technical solutions and safeguard application functionality, scalability, and performance.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, story creation, task creation, and sprint execution.
- Monitor work against production schedules, communicate blockers, and provide progress updates to senior developers and principals.
- Contribute to the full software application lifecycle from idea generation and business analysis through technical design, development, and final execution.
Requirements
- Required bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 1 year of experience with algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and building and deploying scalable, highly available systems.
- At least 1 year of experience with a modern programming language and at least two of React, Angular v4+, NodeJS, NoSQL databases, HTML5, CSS, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services.
- At least 1 year of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON.
- Preferred master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred 3 years of experience with general-purpose programming languages, system architecture, technical feasibility trade-offs, technology systems, application development, healthcare solutions, and translating designs and user stories into applications.
- Experience with IBM Mainframe technology, COBOL, JCL, DB2, Generative AI, and Visual Studio Code is preferred.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including unit testing, source control, build processes, testing, operations, and large-scale consumer-facing applications.
- Must be a US citizen due to contractual and access requirements.

- Office-based position with 0%–25% travel.
- Base pay range is $68,400.00–$105,900.00.
- Physical work site required; lifting requirements are up to 10 pounds constantly and 10–25 pounds rarely.
