Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize ETL workflows using Talend ETL.
- Manage software releases and maintain application stability, compatibility, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Act as an SME, make team decisions, collaborate across multiple teams, and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Talend ETL is required.
- Proficiency in Talend ETL, including experience designing, developing, and deploying ETL workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data processing issues.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms.
- Understanding of system performance optimization and release management processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
