Responsibilities
- Rapidly build trust with clients by demonstrating technical expertise.
- Drive platform engineering work and connect long-term technical vision to deliverables.
- Lead platform strategy and delivery across diverse platform types.
- Advise clients on architecture, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by surfacing new technical approaches.
- Facilitate retrospectives and strategy sessions to improve outcomes.
- Design and manage high-level technical roadmaps for large engagements.
- Coach client engineering teams and transfer knowledge.
- Influence client CTOs and executive decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and consulting.
- Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade platforms.
- Experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI and agentic systems.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Experience in modernizing and replatforming legacy systems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
