Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent workflows.
- Implement and refine Prompt Engineering strategies for reliable AI behavior.
- Build secure backend services and REST APIs in Python.
- Establish robust guardrails for AI outputs and operations.
- Develop and maintain model evaluation frameworks for performance testing.
- Deploy and operate AI services on AWS using various cloud technologies.
- Apply strong security best practices in system design.
- Ensure observability and reliability of AI-driven services in production.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based or Agentic AI applications.
- Practical experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization.
- Experience deploying applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience implementing AI guardrails and production monitoring.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native security practices.
