Responsibilities
- Architect and build large-scale, modular front-end products focused on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Establish componentized system patterns and elevate front-end quality through code reviews.
- Translate complex design concepts into refined, functional experiences across browsers and devices.
- Present technical solutions to clients and team members and contribute to creative and business outcomes.
- Handle QA feedback, communicate ticket status, and lead a small project or feature implementation.
- Identify and present technical patterns or processes that improve maintainable front-end development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated front-end engineering experience across WordPress block editor/theme development and Next.js/React projects.
- A portfolio or code samples showing elegant, maintainable solutions and technical versatility.
- Strong expertise in custom CSS and Tailwind-based implementations.
- Ability to build performant, accessible, responsive interfaces across browsers and devices.
- Clear, confident communication with clients and distributed team members.
- Ability to use modern engineering workflows and strategically leverage AI tools.
- Ability to work remotely with ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
