Responsibilities
- Develop new full-stack features using multiple technologies.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose code issues and production-environment problems.
- Collaborate with team members to establish objectives and design cohesive code.
- Own feature development from start to finish.
- Balance technical debt against feature development.
- Participate actively in peer code reviews and follow team coding standards.
- Integrate CRM and telephony systems across cloud and on-premises environments.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of professional experience.
- Primary skills in TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS serverless technologies, DynamoDB, and CDK.
- Strong understanding of browser technologies, including the DOM, CSSOM, rendering pipeline, JavaScript event loop, same-origin policy, CORS, browser storage, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with JavaScript build tools such as Webpack.
- Preferred skills include API design, AWS IAM and Cognito, operational visibility, CRM development, Python, open-source LLMs, Hugging Face, GPT, Claude, prompt engineering, and AI developer tools.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams, communicate clearly, work independently, and support a strong customer experience.
