Responsibilities
- Lead technology innovation and digital transformation solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, secure cloud-native architectures.
- Champion AI adoption for automation, process optimization, and architecture modernization.
- Conduct proofs of concept, technical assessments, and feasibility studies for emerging technologies and solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present solution architectures in local governance forums.
- Act as an internal consultant to develop business transformation proposals and lead implementation through interim architectures.
- Evaluate vendor solutions for architecture risk, security, resiliency, and availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong exposure to digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies.
- Expertise in cloud-native solutions and Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of application security, architectural frameworks, engineering best practices, and architecture as code.
- Ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects in financial services or insurance is preferred.
- Cloud platform or AI technology certifications are preferred.
