Responsibilities
- Act as the platform authority for high-stakes enterprise customer scenarios by conducting discovery, architecting solutions, and building live configurations.
- Own scoped customer projects end-to-end and translate business objectives into platform adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Build, tune, and deploy custom AI agents, Enterprise Knowledge collections, and tailored AI workflows.
- Deliver context-rich product demonstrations and partner with Customer Account Executives on platform upsells.
- Create documentation, explain architectural decisions, and enable customer administrators to manage their environments.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to share field feedback and establish reusable implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing SaaS experience in Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Implementation, or LMS Administration.
- Hands-on platform configuration expertise and strong customer discovery, problem-solving, scoping, prioritization, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and CRM ecosystems, basic APIs, iPaaS, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to deliver polished demonstrations and connect technical details to executive business value.
- Preferred experience includes learning technology such as SCORM, xAPI, content models, or corporate L&D and HR technology ecosystems.
- Preferred experience includes building custom AI agents, structuring knowledge collections, orchestrating AI workflows, supporting multi-region enterprise customers, or speaking additional languages.
